“We had an excellent stay for 6 days at the Kimpton in the 3 bedroom beachfront suite. Our room was clean quiet and comfortable with super cold AC and hot water. The pool was exceptional with a stunning ocean view providing towels, sunscreen, bug spray and they even inflated our floats from home. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling and clear bottom kayaks on the beach. The waitstaff was friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. We enjoyed the spa for a couples massage and the workout……

“I don’t know where to even start. Do not book here NEVER. Is more expensive than Indura, and let me tell you this, it’s will be cheaper, once you book they come with extra “fees” and I’m not talking about 80 dollars I’m taking about more that 200-500, dollars, is also misleading advertising, you have everything include? Nope is a lie the only this is include is the “drinks” juice with one spoon alcohol, you need to pay also 100.00 lps for a beers and they told you full drinks include, massage……

The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá……

“The room was nice and clean. The staff is what broke the place. The food was fair but nothing special. This place had a lot of potential but the people seem to not want to be there a waitress even dropped food on me without an apology.”

“Excellent place for couples or people that want to stay away from the crowds and kids. Never have to worry about beach chair availability. Located right in the middle of west bay 5 minute walk to incredible snorkeling. Food and bar options at Arca are second to none. The upstair luxury rooms are super worth it. Security 24/7 never felt unsafe. Its truly the best adults only resort at west bay.”

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”

“This is my second time to this hotel. The first time was 7 years ago and it was very good. But this time it was very bad, no internet, no cell phone signal. Also, you could cook in the apartment before, but now there is nothing, the kitchen is just for decoration.”

“I like the price of the property. It had everything we need: bottled water, towels, swimming pool, breakfasts, fridge, coffee machine with coffee. It was pretty close to walk to any spot in West Bay. The beach was close too. Beach chairs were available.”
