“The resort is located at the end of road and the location is very silent and peaceful. It has lot of greenery. Many trees make it very cool place to stay. The rooms have wooden walls and ceiling. The flooring could also be in wood to give it a perfect look. They provide several good facilities like play area and spa. The meals in resort is not so good. The meals are repetitive and have no specialities. The food is also very costly for the price they ask. They help in arranging for holiday……

“Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly.……

“I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The villa with the pool was grand, private and beautiful. I just wished the mountain view was not blocked by all the shrubs. I think that was not……

“The property has amazing view of the valley and tea estates, a waterfall within walking distance. The only downside is that it is away from the Munnar town so you need to travel 10-12 kms to reach the town which adds 1.5 hours of travel to your sightseeing. The staff are super friendly and very nice, food is prepared to your order and is tasty.”
