“Wonderful hotel, beautiful view and incredible staff. Would highly recommend”

“Lovely location with very helpful staff throughout the property- from the front desk to the restaurant to the pool and bar areas. People went out of their way to take care of us. Small details could use attention- broken curtains in room letting light in the morning, old hair dryers, stains on some furniture (lots of kids around). Also, there were some noisy weddings and events that made it difficult to sleep on two nights and crowds of families arrived at the middle of the week making pool……

“All was good however ac was not working and no one was available to speak to till the next morning. No mirror besides one in bathroom Food is halal which was really good Besides that everything was good”

“The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again.”

“Our stay in the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Starting from a beautiful family room with private pool and little garden, great amenities, quality food, caring and friendly staff and one of the best kids clubs we have experienced! Our kids loved spending time there with great variety of activities and lovely staff! The only improvement we could mention is the Spa facilities - we lacked tranquility as the entrance is shared with the gym and can get a bit noisy. Overall very happy with our……

“Room is excellent, really comfy bed. Great shower. Noise from the corridor and slamming doors of the other kind of rowdy drunk guests made it less enjoyable. On the back of the hotel away from the pool and airport the plane noise was minimal.”

“Location and food quality spot on”

“Idyllic spot ! Quiet location, stayed in the main hotel with a sea view room, lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Room was perfect, v clean and modern, free toiletries and we were v grateful of the daily water and the complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit on arrival - nice touch! Used the beach and pool, both lovely with service to your sunbeds. Would not hesitate to return again.”

“Great facilities. Ideal for families. Lovely little resort outside the hotel. Had comfort room with sea view. Very basic, no hair dryer, only 2 plugs so not ideal for 3 people with phones etc. Bathroom needs renovation and room was very noisy. Gorgeous views. Has crepes and ice cream parlour. Pizza pasta and salad bar. Sandwich hotdogs tacos bar. Loads of food choices. Would stay here again but in a better room. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, with a special mention for housekeeping, who did an excellent job and were always pleasant. Our panoramic bungalow was great — quiet, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. It felt very peaceful, which was exactly what we wanted. The hotel grounds were also beautifully kept and clearly well looked after. The main area for improvement was breakfast. There was a good spread, and the cold food was very good,……

“Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it.”
