She stayed in communication with me from the very beginning and also gave us an upgrade to another villa, as well as an extended check out. “The cabin was a perfect size for my fiancé and I and two kiddos, ages 7 & 11. Becky personally stopped by to welcome us and share ideas of places to go swimming. I feel many areas of Sam Rayburn cater to those who own boats. Since we do not, we explored nearby on our day of arrival. The cabin site had a grill, fire pit and play area that we enjoyed each evening after our day trips to Boykin Springs and Lake Tejas. Becky was easy to communicate with and provides plenty of towels!Thank you...

“We had the best time staying at this house! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the house is perfection. This house has everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable and filled with fun. We stayed with family and everyone agreed this was the perfect spot to stay on the lake. Before we left we were already planning our next stay! The kids used the kayaks and the adults hung out in the lake. We played games in the yard and used the beautiful island in the kitchen to play...

“Overall everuthing is what we expected. Only advice I would give is more trash bags, toilet paper and make sure all lights work. These were small inconveniences which did not affect or enjoyment. Owner communication was very quick.”

“Very comfortable home. The view was awesome, the first day we had rain and we were able to enjoy the view outside on the deck. The pool is walking distance and the kids had plenty of things to do from the pool and the basketball court we enjoyed every minute. I launched the boat at a near by ramp and drove it to the house property. Good for guys with boats and a family.”
