“Old, historic, bathroom down the hall, staff terrific, smelled like it was 100+ years old but not in a bad way. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 nights there. The stairs were steep and inappropriate for any one with mobility problems. In the middle of old town Juneau.”

“After having a horrible experience at Alaska Hotel and bar the night before, this hotel saved the day!! From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and so kind. Check in was smooth, set up for our airport shuttle the next day was perfect. The room was clean and cozy. It did get a bit hot but they provided 2 fans for us. There is some noise from the road but with the fans I didn’t hear a thing. The bathroom was clean. The lights were flickering in the bathroom but after our other……

“It was not worth $600.00 per night. There was no hot water in the shower, a water leak coming from the ceiling with a sticky residue, no air conditioning and it smelled stale.”

“We enjoyed our stay here . The staff was very friendly and helpful, even hurrying to bring my phone charger out to me as we waited for a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was good and the room, while a little small, was comfortable and decently equipped. It’s a bed and breakfast so don’t expect a fancy modern hotel.”

“I think the biggest downfall of this listing is the details. I wish I would have known it was a shared space, I feel like the listing currently doesn’t do a good job at explaining that well. After arriving and being extremely confused I looked at the detailed email I got 3 days before check in and saw those details when I was checking in via the owner’s website. That does a good job at explaining it, but the Expedia booking definitely lacks. The kitchen was extremely dirty in the sink and on the……
