“I was on my first trip to Juneau, solo. My suite was very clean, which I really appreciate. Staff was so kind and helpful. I picked the front desk staffs’ brains several times about best ways to get somewhere, good, etc. and never once did they act like they minded or I was being a bother. The other staff was also friendly and top-notch Coffee in the lobby was a nice plus, as was the airport shuttle. It’s a little walk into town, but not bad at all. I really loved my stay, highly recommend……
