“Although some issues when we first arrived ( TV did not work, lack of needed pans/ utensils in kitchen) staff immediately responded by moving us to a new room. We will definitely stay here again. Is walking distance to airport and nearby restaurants”

“好👌，近机场 ，但是没有机场穿梭巴士，不是很方便去机场。比较安静，房间干净整洁，宽敞舒适，有厨房，可以自己煮饭。总体来说还是不错的，值得入住。”

“Room smelled heavily of urine. Couldn’t switch my room, they were fully booked. The two nearest hotels were fully booked as well, it was 11:30pm so I didn’t bother trying to book downtown. It really sucked paying over $300 to sleep in a room that smelled like that. The guy at the front desk was helpful though, he let me bring a bottle of Lysol back to the room to spray it down a few times before bed. My options for a morning shuttle were 2.25 hours before my departure or arrive 20 minutes before……

“The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at.”

“Missing blinds on the window coverings. Hole in the bedroom door. Room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Front desk could not find our reservation and when he did told us our room was on the second floor inside. Had to return to the front desk to find out it was outside on the first floor. Paid for a room with two beds. Received a room with one queen bed. Entire property needs a face lift. Expect more for $350 per night.”

“This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.”
