"The biggest issue that made upset me was that I deliberately bought the VIP package so my kids can play at the lollipop arcade with a timed (1 hour) unlimited playtime. The staff said there was a disagreement between the hotel and the arcade and told us "to come back tomorrow" two days in a row. By the end of it, we ran out of time and never got to use the lollipop arcade. Everything else was good. (Food, Service, etc) They have a very nice ocean view on the beach.
