“I stayed at the Wyndham Alltra and would rate my experience 3 stars overall. Unfortunately, the stay started off poorly. Our first room was full of mosquitos, and the shower had a major drainage issue—water flooded out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. We were then moved to another room, but the transition was frustrating. We had to wait quite a while for assistance with our luggage, only to end up moving everything ourselves across the resort and up to a third-floor room. Once we got……

“Clean room, nice staff, good choice breakfast, very inviting pool and overall, the Hotel just feels like a big hotel chain with their ergonomics and finishing touches. Just one thing, even though on the website it states service animals are the only ones welcome, you might be given a pushback as most DR places are quick to rule out and indiscriminately judge on a quick no for a service animal’s entrance unless you press the matter further. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place and friendly staff.”
