"The staff were friendly, and room were lean. The hotel also has a cool, funky vibe that was neat to experience. But you can hear nearly everything from the neighoring rooms. When I say everything I mean EVERYTHING. Also, when I went downstairs after checking in there was no one there, despite that the brew pub part of the hotel was scheduled to be open for another hour and a half. "

"This property was exactly what we needed when my husband and I were attending a wedding across the lake at the State Park. We arrived a few days before the wedding and the cabin was a perfect retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed and the grill was easy to use and clean. "It was a very cold two days and the house always had a chill. The bathroom toilet and shower hot water froze on checkout day. Wood stove kept us mostly warm. Notified owner by text that we put a space heater near toilet before we left. Owner didn't respond regarding our incovenience or thank us for replacing deplete firewood. Otherwise a very nice property with updated furnishings close to downtown."
