“There are some minor damage on the bow plates and cups. the ventilation system was not good, in toilets and the cloth washing area. ”

“Staff were helpful, but their open hours were limited. Power outlets did not work except for only one. Sink was clogged on the first day. Blanket under one of the two beds was stained and hidden under. The opening of electric water boiler/kettle was broken and unable to open; used the small opening to pour in water to still utilize. Used “do not disturb” sign for all days there as we preferred for our room to not be entered by house keeping for personal reasons; on of those days, I found out……

“No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.”

“We loved our Easter stay here, the home was clean and tidy, neighbours and locals were really lovely and we were a nice short walk away from the shops and station. Highly recommended, thank you!”

“Had a good stay, Shower was good with nice hot water. Kitchen facilities were good. We had everything we needed for our stay. Basic toiletries/plenty of toilet paper/towels/etc were all provided. Area was pretty quiet and had convenient parking barely a metre from the back door. Check in was also easy and convenient.”

“The bedsheets are terribly smelly and we didn’t feel any cleanliness in the bedroom. The mattresses in both rooms are bouncy and totally uncomfortable. My son found a strand of another persons hair on the pillow suggesting that the bedsheets weren’t recently cleaned. The aircon released smelly odours like urine. We requested to have maintenance on the second day in the morning, however after multiple backward and forwards emails we did not come to a resolution. As time passed, our period of stay……
