We both had massages at their spa and highly recommend it. We had an issue with our rental car not starting, and 3 of the employees went out of their way to make sure that we got it resolved. “I booked this place because it was right next to the dive shop I was diving with. The place looks great from photos, unfortunately the rooms are very run down with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains on the floor and even baked on grime on the bathroom mirror. The staff were helpful but the restaurant was lacking alot of food from the menu and even coke was not available at the bar. Outside my room I found several empty beer bottles and some old food containers that...

“Our family spent most time in the pool especially the two boys. The pool is clean and private and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we hadn’t found much things to cook. The food choices in super market are not much. Surprisingly there are a few good restaurants nearby.”

“Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool.
