"During my stay, my wallet went missing from my hotel room. I had left it on the desk because shops were closed on polling day. When I returned to my room later that day, the wallet was no longer there. CCTV footage confirmed that I had taken my wallet into the room the previous night. This means it disappeared while it was outside the room. When I reported the issue, the manager (LP) said he was “not able to help” and refused to provide records showing who had entered my room while I was out. I also had to ask the reception five times before I was finally able to speak with him, as he was not present at the hotel during working hours. As a result, I lost $100 in cash and two important credit cards.
