“Very good!”

“we got to the hotel , after driving 5 hours in total to go get a shower and there was long black hair in the tub. (gross) When to get ice with the ice bucket , the top was gross, don't know what it was over it. then to top it off When i went to bed , there was 4 pillows and 2 of them had someone else hair stick on my pillows. We needed a fan as my husband n I have health issue and there was a fan in the room. I checked out and told the lady at the desk, and she didn't seem to care too much about……

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”
