“入住服務員態度極差， 房間被鋪好污糟， 酒店早餐品種極少， 酒店在網上聲稱可以提供車位， 到了酒店告知我車位不是他們的結果未能提供車位給我， 要我在外面自己找車位。”

“The room on the Annex had paper thin walls and we could hear conversations next door. Fortunately for most of the week neighbours retired early. The last night the occupants came back drunk and played loud music along with foul language until 1am. Not ideal and if this had been the first night we would have requested a move. Otherwise all good”

“Couldn’t recommend The Tenpus at Charlton Hall more! We stayed in one of the lakeside lodges and had such a lovely relaxing time. We had planned to eat at the Lobster Pot in Bamburgh but lucky for us they were a chef down and couldn’t accommodate us so we ate in the Tempus restaurant which was outstanding. I didn’t catch our servers name but he was so friendly and made us very welcome. Food was delicious. Can’t wait to book again… absolutely loved everything about our visit.”

“With the provision of a very good kitchen inside the apartment, unfortunately no dining table and chairs were provided. So my family members and I had to stand during eating. Such situation is considered very undesirable.”

“I had a very late check-in and they put me into one of those access-free rooms…the bathroom was awful.”

“The room seems to be part way through some renovations but the walls still need painting. The bathroom had a major leak so the floor was always wet a d we had to use multiple towels to stop it spreading into the rest of the room. The staff were extremely polite and as helpful as possible with the issue. We had room 33 and the window looked into an internal alcove which was invaded by pidgeons which were quite noisy at 6am and smelt weird. There is no onsite parking”
