“Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. ”

“Our week stay at the lake house was excellent! We were a group of 10 lifelong friends hosting our annual reunion trip. The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone and multiple locations perfect for gathering both inside and outside. “Such a relief from the tired hotel rooms in Athens. This was an easy drive into town for our visit. We loved the adorable modern farmhouse look. Location and parking were well marked, and the path was nicely lit. Owner has thoughtfully appointed the house with basic needs and extras. Thank you! ”

Right on the water and close to EVERYTHING (including the Ritz Carlton and the best oysters we’ve had in a long time at the Silver Moon). “We were in the Athens to have the memorial service for my husband. Our family was able to comfortably stay at the Wexford place and have ample space and showers!! The location is ideal - close to just about anything you need in the Athens area. Such a grand, comfortable place. Teenagers loved playing football in the backyard and even took advantage of the warm temps to enjoy swimming in the pool.”
