"Toen we aankwamen, was er niemand aanwezig. Na 2x bellen kwam er iemand aan die ons mee nam naar een ander b&b iets verderop in de straat. Daar moesten we overnachten. Was netjes en schoon. Ontbijt volgende ochtend was weer bij Art Relais. Het bleek dat er wel mensen sliepen in het b&b. Ontbijt was prima. Overboeking ?? "

"This is a perfect location for a couple or family visiting Lucca. The apartment is beautifully and completely furnished. The landlady Renata is charming. Her recommendations were fantastic! There is documentation in English for all guidelines (recycling, etc) which is mandatory. Parking is very convenient. The location just outside the walls made visiting everything very easy. Would highly recommend staying! We will visit again. "

"This was our first time with VRBO. We could not ask for a better experience. Angela and Simone are wonderful and took care of anything we needed. The property is BEAUTIFUL and well maintained. They give you a true Italian experience. The food they cooked for us was delicious and plentiful.
