“The room, bathroom, bedding all very clean and the bedroom was quite large. The welcome we received was very good and a good explanation of how the amenities work. Breakfast was just around the corner in a little cafe (all was very good). There are steps leading upto the room. Aircon a little noisy. The location of the appartment was excellent. Overall very pleased and would definitely go back.”

“This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary.”

“A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.”

Short walk to the walled city of Lucca and free public parking right in front of the hotel so very convenient. Breakfast was adequate with excellent made to order coffee. Good value 3 stars hotel. ”

“I have been traveling to Italy on business for over 30 years. In my opinion this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms may not be the most elegant but everything just feels well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was nice.”

“I stayed in the twin room as a solo traveler - very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom as noted in other reviews. Having breakfast available was a nice option. I tried to get a hold of the host twice during my stay - once via WhatsApp re renting a bike and once via Expedia about bag storage - neither inquiry received any response. I’m very surprised other guests found the staff so helpful honestly. I had no interaction besides entrance instructions. ”
