“We booked a three night stay. On day 1 my wife had a terrible fall in Lucca requiring ten stitches and she lost both of her front teeth. We stayed overnight in the emergency room with no sleep arriving back at the B and B at 8am. I asked to be upgraded to a more comfortable room we paid a large upgrade fee.
