"Bellissima! 🇮🇹❤️ We booked this stay very last minute, just for one night, and weren’t expecting too much, but wow, what a wonderful surprise! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, with everything on your doorstep. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, spacious yet so cosy, with lovely amenities including a kitchenette. And the view from the window? Just wow! But what really made our stay special was Valentina. She was incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful, with such a genuine passion for her beautiful city. Without a doubt, the bubbliest, kindest Italian we’ve met throughout our travels! Her enthusiasm and warmth were infectious and made us feel so welcome. We genuinely couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Such a beautiful little find, and somewhere we will happily return to in a heartbeat. Grazie mille, Valentina! ❤️🇮🇹"

"The hotel is inside the city walls. Upon arrival by car, get instructions from the front desk before you venture beyond the city gates. The hotel is old but very comfortable, clean, and efficient. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited, so confirm a space when reserving. The bonus is you cannot get any more centrally located. I would stay here again, for sure."

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is superb for train station (2mins), city wallls (5 mins) and parkrun start line (5 min walk) Lucca is special and well worth a visit. I will certainly be back next next to stay and this lovely little hotel but please don’t forget the 3 mins plug adapter for Italy and not a standard EU plug."
