“Muy buena experiencia. El lugar está muy cerca del centro, por lo que pudimos movernos caminando sin problema. La comida nos gustó mucho y el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. Algo que nos agradó bastante fue que nos mostraron distintas habitaciones para poder escoger la que más nos acomodara. También cuentan con estacionamiento y no tuvimos problemas con eso. Incluso nos recomendaron dejar el carro ahí cuando íbamos al centro, ya que nos comentaron que en la zona puede ser complicado……

“While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel. ”

“It’s an old hotel. No modern features. The waters were wonderful. The smell is not overpowering. The buffet is okay. Nothing to write home about. I tried the spa pedicure. It’s not worth what they charge. But the Spa staff is very attentive.”

“Breakfast for a fee. No much amenities more than a soap, shampoo and napkins. Parking available. During the stay there was a +15 group of students and no adult control. they were very noisy, keept knocking at all doors and running the hallways. Parking official was very polite and helpful with the parking map. Receptionist didn’t enabled the door key the first time asked me to use it the “right” way. Later they were calling me on the phone asking who i was , because there was a……

“Desayuno muy bueno, el personal del restaurat atento a cualquier solicitud de los huespedes . Estacionamiento al lado del hotel , personal atento ”

“Todo estuvo bien, solo una cosa no fue de mi agrado en las almohadas encontré cabellos , tal vez solo le dan la vuelta a las fundas de las almohadas. Creo que deberían mejorar el hackeo de las camas”

“En realidad solo es la cuestión de que no se especifica en la App que el hotel no cuenta con A/C en las habitaciones y solo con un a ventilador”
