Every employee I encountered was very polite and attentive, they are there to answer every question you could have or need. The food is also great and plenty, overall I recommend this place for your short or long stay. They will be there to make sure you enjoy your stay. "

"Great location, steps away from the Zocalo. Near restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and Cathedral. Weekends host many bazaars which were walking distance from the hotel. Hotel restaurant had excellent friendly service."

"No on-site dining however several nice restaurants right outside down the street and across the street. Did have a nice breakfast setup. Area very close to the sites in downtown Puebla. Can walk to downtown in about 15 min."
