When I went to the concierge to ask where I might buy this particular formulation, she arranged to send a hotel staff member to fetch it for me, and I was only charged the cost of the medication. "The breakfast was limited but tasty . The overall stay was very good we even got upgraded to business class room . The only negative is the price of room service item , I got 2 plain roti for almost Rs300 and one cup of tea was more than Rs400"

"Many things in the room were broken: AC, hairdryer, water temperature. The pool also had issues so that we couldn’t use it. The staff the the reception was very nice but the rest of the staff didn’t understand English properly. The location was very central but the last few meters to the hotel had dark corners. The hotel staff can also bring you and pick you up for this part. "
