“The hotel uses an automated check-in and check-out system for guests arriving late (there is no receptionist), the system does not work properly and the emergency number did not work either. This causes very complicated problems.”

“I spent a week at Wyndham Atrium Hannover. I was there with a colleague. The hotel is located in a strategic position. In few minutes you can reach the Hannover Messe Exhibition Centre. The restaurant offer is, in my opinion, quite poor. They offer very often a buffet , I do not reccomand. The breakfast is fine but I would suggest them to offer more pastries. The reception staff, at least, the people I talked were not too friendly. If they do not like their job they could find another ones.”

“It was a much needed cool room to sleep on an above average hot day. Very clean and easy to get in and out of. The only issue I had was due to how Expedia pays for the room. There online check in was requesting another payment. However, I was let in by a very nice German lady so I could work out the issue (thx!). The staff then helped me sort the problem. Overall a excellent experience and a cool, quite room.”
