“Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony.”

“Overall very good hotel and worth to stay there. The staff is super super polite with a nice smile everywhere, from top to bottom. The beach is nice, open to the north winds. Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). There are two sections building-wise, a renovated section and an old section. The sea-view bungalow we had this time was at the old section, 80s style, and definitely not worth……

“Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of options to eat out nearby and within walking distance to the town centre.”

“Nice hotel in good location. Staff friendly and rooms small but nice. A kettle in the room but no tea or coffee sachets. The swimming pool was too dirty to use (cloudy and with sand) and mostly in the shade. Location good near the beach and the old town. Of course this makes it noisy - light sleepers might need earplugs! ”

“This is a good value property for the area although the rooms are dated. The staff are excellent and the hotel has an excellent bar in the evening.”

“Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids.”

“The exquisit stay”

“The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities.”
