“Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying. ”

“Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.”

“Very comfortable bed and nice location. Only negative is the fact that the mains radiator never came on and the front desk didn’t do anything about it when notified so was a little cold. Shower was also difficult to turn off. ”
