“I loved the river view and the precious receptionist ”

“The service was really good overall, but there are two matters that need to be addressed On the second day of our stay, we went to the pool after signing in at reception.around 11am However, after about 10–15 minutes, we were asked to leave due to a regular class taking place. This was disappointing as we were not informed about it in advance, and the kids were really upset.”

““ the great escape” wonderful grounds and views. Many family oriented facilities, new modern up to date rooms. Good dining options, fabulous spa with indoor outdoor pools not to mention bicycles.”

“古堡式酒店，離倫敦不太遠，祇可惜火車後接駁酒店比較麻需要自己預備車，或安排的士，若是大清早就到就更加需要。酒店内外都非常整潔，員工都非常親切。”

“Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.”

“接待員喝醉了，房間內只有兩張床，連椅子都沒有，这里是公共衛生間的，看來只是兩星的酒店，wifi密碼也不供給，一斷开便沒得用，大家要注意！”
