“Todo excelente, habitación de lo mejor, servicios, personal muy amable, piscina, acceso a la playa todo excelente. Quizás la comida en los platos fuertes pueden variar un poco mas, en las carnes, arroces, y/o tener otra opción para el que no le guste el arroz, que no había. Pero en sentido general, diría que de los mejores hoteles que visitamos.”

“They had overbooked the hotel, and instead of cancelling our reservation, they moved us to a different hotel without our permission. The alternative hotel had no pool and was $20 cheaper, yet they refused to compensate us for the difference or allow us to cancel the reservation. Absolutely horrible experience and very poor customer service.”
