“If going, go with the mentality to comprehend that the resort is old. They do need to renovate everything. The food is very basic and they tend to put the same food day after day if not consumed. They cook with a lot of oil. The key cards are constantly not working, so prepare to go often to the lobby to have it fixed. They are clean for the most part and the staff is nice and fun.”

“There was no airport shuttle provided for free as listed on Expedia. The drive there is very bumpy and winding. The driver the hotel recommended has a lot of car sickness.”

“Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath.……
