Hotels.com snubbed my complaint which is very disappointing. This negative feedback reflects on hotels.com rather than the hotel itself! Complimentary wifi is only available in the main restaurant (and I believe reception). It was nice to disconnect though and there was a library of hundreds of DVDs for guests to borrow!
