“Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!”

“Completely run down, food disgusting,staff have no idea what they’re talking about,had to run water for 45m before it got hot, mixed up food orders, sent up carpenter to do a plumbers job, counter staff lied, mould all around bathroom, slow outsiders into lobby area to watch football making very load obnoxious noise, this didn’t come up to Sheraton standards very expensive for what we received.”

“This is probably the best hotel in Savai’i. Need to cross the street to get to waterfront. There’s no beach, access water from a boat ramp. Dinning at the restaurant for all 3 meals, food quality was good enough for pricing and variety. Only outdoor shower in my bungalow.”

“We were moved room when given a room that had a broken toilet and a door that would not lock so they did change our room willingly. Sola and the Fijian bar man were both the best waitress and barman we came across in Samoa. They carried out their jobs with great efficiency. Pool needs repair Not well maintained”

“One night stay- had all the amenities and the room was clean and welcoming with luxurious and comfy bed. Lived the Ooat with a touch of coconut- best coffee (I’m a coffee snob 😁and this was excellent. Can not fault the customer service and the welcome drink🌺”

“My fale was very traditional and basic , mattress could be replaced but was ok Location was spot on , spectacular setting a beautiful quiet beach and friendly host and decent breakfast each day. What I didn’t like was the 3xshower For the Fales all were without a shower rose. My girlfriend stayed in the a/c room and paid $90AUD per night and her bathroom was no better and between the bedsheets had tiny caterpillars which were alive , walls were disgusting , the lock on the door……
