"I like quiet places. So this hotel fitted my style well, though I needed to put the AC off at night because I could not handle the degree of noise it makes. I know a local who helped me some errands I needed to do. So I cannot talk much about how accessible to services the hotel is. Overall I liked it there and I will likely go back though I like hotels on the malecón for the view they offer. "

"This property was excellent! I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and inviting. I really loved my room as it was on the 15th floor with a spectacular view of the city. The room felt like my own little apartment and was equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other basics such as spoons, forks, plates, etc. The pool was on the very top floor and has a beautiful view of the City, it was very relaxing and serene. The hotel is in walking distance of some shops and restaurants but also there are options like Uber Eats and PedidosYa to have food and items delivered to you. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if your looking for an away home from home feel!"

The entire staff is very professional, the food is excellent, and the reception staff is wonderful, always willing to make your stay a wonderful experience, taking advantage of everything this incredible place has to offer. "The breakfast is the best of the best , it is worthy to pay whatever you have to pay. Staff is excellent , from the parking place to the cleaning people , they are amazing. The linen from bed( this is important for me) are beyond expectations and the bed is very comfortable. This hotel is ine of the best hotels in Town "

"The hotel itself is nice but there is always a line to get in because the hotel has a nightclub on the 9th floor. The lobby is full of people going to the nightclub. "
