“I arrived earlier than the 3pm check-in, but the staff made no effort to accommodate me. They told me my room was ready around 11:30am, but it wasn't. I still had to wait past 3pm to check-in. The fridge in the room did not work and didn't notice until my medicine went bad. I had to purchase it without insurance and the price was as much as this AWFUL hotel. This is the last time I will ever stay in this property.”

“Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le ménage y est fait tous jours avec beaucoup de soin et propreté, et la climatisation fonctionne correctement. “I was accused of something horrible by other guests and police was involved and o had to leave the hotel even though that they did not find any probable cause to be making the accusation. This was the worst experience I ever had. They “sent me” to a partener hotel where it kind of look nice but there were cockroaches in the room, and the room smelled as if there was a lot of collected dust, and I am allergic to dust.
