“Our room was not cleaned, and the towels were not replaced. In addition, the safety box was not working, the hair dryer was broken, and there were no shower caps or facial tissues provided. Furthermore, the restaurant staff was not friendly at all on Saturday breakfast. Overall, the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities are very poor and far below what we expected. It was a very disappointing experience, I will never stay in the Chicamocha Hotel never again.”

“Excellent property. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The views are beautiful. The rooms were spacious with balconies and a free standing tub. We stayed five days for my son's wedding and it was fairytale like. Enjoyed breakfast and the spa services. The hotel did not disappoint. It is a bit out from the main city. But the hotel has a boulevard of restaurants and shops across the street, a golf course, gym and golf carts for rent. Overall the family loved it. I would definitely recommend……
