“We had a very disappointing stay at Valencia Club. The 3 BHK villa we booked was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. Rooms were unclean, bedsheets and towels had visible stains, and the whole place smelled musty. The bathroom had mold, which is unacceptable at this price point. There were open wires and unsafe plug points, which felt dangerous. Housekeeping didn’t resolve anything the “clean” sheets they replaced were even worse. It genuinely felt like basic hygiene and safety……

“The hotel person says, they are not online, i have paid 6k to other hotel for one day, i believed on expedia but it is very worse, i was in trouble, hotel people behaviour was not good, owner was asking 3 times extra money for single day, i took some other hotel, i will go to consumer because i am a family person and i was in trouble during this peak winter season.”
