“The resort is nice, however they could use more on-site activities. The food in the restaurant was okay but the food at the pool bar was phenomenal along with the staff. You will need a vehicle if you plan on leaving the resort and be comfortable driving on the left side of the road. All the staff were friendly with three providing exceptional service the bartender in the main lobby who does the mixologist class, the bartender at the pool atec”

“We checked in on a Thurs, and that's when we found out that the beautiful pool advertised online is non-existent. That was just the beginning of many issues to come. We got to our room and tried to wind down for the evening...surprise!....no wifi, TV was not working. By midday, the next day, there was a water main break (which happens regularly) on the island. This establishment does not have water tanks for emergencies. We had to buy water from the grocery store and was also offered a case of……

“The room & location was absolutely beautiful… however we notice baby roaches on our second day. The sunset dive bar was never open to get your complementary drink. The location is a a bit far from main attractions. If you walk down the rode there are multiple bars and food 10/10. The food onsite was great too but options are limited. One thing we didn’t understand .. we asked for late check out and was denied stating that they are fully booked but online showed vacancies for the same day . It……

“We had an amazing stay at Grapetree Bay. The rooms are as pictured clean, renovated and large. AC was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed all our delicious meals on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend this property to everyone and cannot wait to return.”

“Our shower did not work properly, tv never worked, for us old folks music too loud, Brian was great tried hard to correct issues. Liked the location on the Stand. Loved the patio on the second floor with comfy couches. The Restaurant at the hotel was awesome, we ate there twice. The best steak I’ve had in years.”
