“Everything was excellent. Our room was oceanfront, on the corner, next to trees. I think if the door seal & cracks throughout the room were properly sealed. It would minimize the small pest (bugs, small centipedes, etc) from getting in. We laid towels in front both doors. Helped tremendously. We will definitely be returning.”

“The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up……

“This is my second time to Carina Bay. I really enjoy the resort, the rooms are a great size and were very clean. The only issues I had were with the main cheg, he had a bad attitude and was not serving food hot or good. The other chef she was amazing! The main transportation guy that the resort uses is very rude! I ended up finding outside transportation to use just so I wouldn't have to use him! Also, they need to keep track of their room mechanisms. The one to my room died and I was locked out……

“There was no breakfast scheduled. They did not offer an explanation. They hosted a prom on Saturday evening and the guests were basically ignored during the evening and morning after. The food was not appetizing!! The rooms were clean, however, we realized that the sliding door would not lock. Maintenance came to take a look nonchalantly and left without a solution. There was no security latch on the front door as well. We packed up to leave and was offered another room. That room was freezing……

“From the time we booked to checkout, the experience was absolutely excellent. Delia ensured we had everything we needed even before we areived. During our stay Melissa, Angela, Paula and I know I'm leaving someone out provided a great bar and good experience. We were there during a slower time so it felt like we had a private resort. The beach is beautiful. We will definitely choose to stay there again on our next trip.”

“Generally, we had a good time. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the poolside bar was nice to have nearby. The buffet breakfasts were as good as we expected. We always make the best or every trip we take, and we had a rented SUV that we used to explore the island. We saw every site one could visit, including Point Udall, a tour at the Cruzan Rum Distillery, Rainbow Beach, Fredericksted and Christensted. We liked Christensted very much and had dinner at Savant.
