“The property is run down. The breakfast selection was poor and the food was mediocre, nothing special. The staff was rude and not helpful in any way. The restaurants at the resort closed early and only had one cook so would get backed up and not take orders. We didn’t eat most days. They didn’t offer shuttles anywhere and we were told to take taxis for things as small as toothpaste. We didn’t have a phone in our room and room service was not available. The ac broke on day 3 and we placed the DND……

“My first time staying at this resort was pleasant. pros the resort was clean and peaceful the view of the beach was lovely. Food was ok needed a little improvement my best meal was breakfast. Cons this resort definitely needs room service! the first day I woke up to my room being soaking wet water was dripping from the ceiling on to the floor and the beds due to the dehumidifier not being emptied but the staff was very accommodating and clean and fixed everything pretty quickly.”

“The most relaxing vacation we've ever taken. Staff, food, rooms, pools, beach, and snorkeling were all exceptional. My wife swam with a sea turtle! Expect to pay island prices for dinner, but it is well worth it. We hadn't planned on it but we ate every dinner at their restaurant, just a couple of feet from the beach. We simply couldn't imagine anywhere else being better. We can't wait to go back.”

“Our stay at The king Christian hotel was awesome. It was beautiful there & the staff that checked us in were kind and courteous but the staff that relieved that staff were the complete opposite. We arrived Thursday after 6 & the last and male front desk were a delight but the ones that worked the next day in the morning had horrible attitudes.”

“Other than the Walls’s being thin the place was clean, beautiful view. Had a pool , and a bar with bar type food. Loved the snorkel gear and how the property was more private ”

“I would stay here again. We were here 9 years ago and loved it! It was just as good this time. Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!! ”

“I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. One of my favorite parts was using the water taxi—it added such a fun and unique touch to the trip. The bar was fully stocked with great options, and the food from Rolling Smoke was delicious with a nice variety to choose from. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and……

“This place is absolutely stunning. One of the best views I saw on the entire island. Nothing beats walking out of a nice room to a beautiful ocean front balcony. The staff were insanely accommodating. Provided coolers, towels, ice, chairs, etc. If I return to this island, I will 100% be staying here again. Room is cleaned every day and water bottles replenished. No complaints.”

“Great location-super staff. The rooms were nice enough, with good WiFi and cold air. Parking was difficult, but doable. Would recommend if looking for something affordable that isn’t a resort. ”

“This place was immaculate. I had beautiful sunsets and friendly people. I had delicous creole breakfast every morning. Ate at Napoleon's and Top Deck. Their food was fresh and very tasty. Must have sunset on the pier!!! ”
