“Overall, this is a beautiful resort with some highs and a few frustrating downsides. I’d rate it an 8/10. The property itself is stunning, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The food was honestly a standout—10/10 across the board. The complimentary water sports during the day were also a great perk, and there was rarely much of a wait for those. That said, the room could have been cleaner, and the mini fridge isn’t restocked unless you specifically ask, which felt like something that……

Several steep steps around the property were tripping hazards . Steps had sharp edges due to being tiled and edges not finished . Bathroom sink constantly choked . Tv……

“An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. ”
