It is not a hotel. It is a farmhouse converted into self-contained units, each with own bathroom. Rooms have fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Linen and towels are provided but no food option - bring your own. A very good idea for a buget option in an expensive area. Plenty of parking and area for children and dogs to play outside. Surrounding area is beautiful with paths across the common to Walberswick and Southwold.

Was a wonderful stay for my wife and me. If near Cambridge you must stay here. the breakfast was to die for.. Excellent that is :-). And the owner was amazing - helpful, friendly, and the room was beautiful and clean. Hope to return in a few years!

Staying overnight at a bird sanctuary in lovely green surroundings was a treat. We gad a mini kitchen to fix our meals and got included admission to view to birds and animal demonstrations. Highly recommended fir tge experience and low price.

An amazing property with even gorgeous surroundings! We had a lovely and peaceful stay at Willingham House. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The setting is quiet and charming. The staff were kind, humble and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A great little spot if you’re looking for some quality rest. I’d happily stay again anytime! You can get to London in about an hour, and Cambridge is just around the corner when driving. A wonderful place to stay...
