"I was asked to for pay my room again on arrival having paid and booked with Expedia. I am awaiting the refund. I think this is pretty poor. "

"I have come to Brooklands for many years & have been to all the museums as well as the Mercedes-Benz facilities, particularly with my 3 grandkids who live nearby. Also the large nearby shopping mall. I had always wondered what the Brooklands Hotel was like. Now I know & will stay there again!"

"A wonderful hotel and environment. The only downside was having to pay for parking. As a guest of the hotel that should have been free. Everything else was perfect. "

"What a great spot. Short drive from the airport and right in the river with an amazing walkway. Adults only so quit a few business meetings happening in the eclectic lobby, lots of seating from regular tables to sofas and chairs. Very clean and felt safe. I booked this while I was coming from the US not knowing what to expect and it was perfect. They are doing some remodeling so I assume it will be even better. Front desk was exceptional as well. Very helpful "

"Hotel rooms of ggod size, however they are a little run down and in need of deep cleanse or refresh. Pleasant grounds, with access to fitness centre etc. plenty of space to walk (as its a golf resort). Breakfast buffet is well stocked with many options. Hotel Bar prices are on the edge of extortion (1 x local Beer, Small White Wine - £26 !!! )."

"Beautifully kept building and rooms. Great selection at breakfast and a little balcony in the sunshine was a lovely little surprise with the room. Really comfortable bed and the room was lovely and quiet. "
