“Staff were amazing, the restaurant manager, Alfie and Caroline in the restaurant, stand out. But I have to say all the staff in every department couldn’t do enough. The property is amazing with amazing views across a beautiful valley. I had an exceptional breakfast two days running and Sunday lunch all of which were delicious and incredible value. The portions were superb and I was very full after every meal!

“Arrived early but room ready so we could check in, the room was very nice and very clean. Staff polite and helpful, especially in the bar/restaurant. Dinner really nice and a great breakfast. Only stayed one night as a stopover, would stay again and imagine it would be a nice golfing break.

“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0.
The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”
