“Everything was well kept. Great staff. But the pool table had broken pool table sticks. We loved playing pool and the game room tv did not work. It was a little in disarray. ”

“Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key.”

“房間冇空調冇雪櫃，空氣唔流通，須打開窗但在鐵路旁，燥音很大，怎樣掛上4星级？ 正門5時後上鎖，沒有職員看守，住客要自行從後門進入，垃圾没有每日清理，早餐選擇很少，不建議選擇入住，這是價錢，入住賓館質素！”

“酒店職員友善，房間整潔乾淨。雖然酒店較為古典，但房間設有露台，正向著湖景，風景優美，十分舒適。 由琉森火車站轉乘巴士，在Casino-palace站下車，大概8分鐘車程。但落車後步行到酒店大堂，要先經過長斜路和樓梯，如攜帶大型或多件行李的旅客，就要做好心理準備。”
