"A BEAUTIFUL retreat, perfect for unwinding and fully relaxing. The rooms were amazing with incredible outdoor showers surrounded by gorgeous greenery. Extremely spacious sleeping area with huge, comfortable beds. I didn't get to attend any of the classes but the yoga/meditation spaces looked so peaceful. The restaurant served delicious food and drinks, and the staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Having driver services was extremely handy. The central pool was a little green when we were there, which I think would be because it was intense rainy season, so I wouldn't fault anyone for that at all. The other pool by the bar was clean and we would have definitely used it if we had the time, especially with the gorgeous view it had overlooking the paddy fields. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I wish we spent longer there. One of my favourite things amongst many is their sweet little dog Mary <3"

"These rice fields were very therapeutic! It was nice to get out of the city and stay in one of the villas, giving us a remote feel for Bali. The single unit villa we stayed in was traditional and gave us a “true Balinese” taste of rural life. The staff really looked after us and we ate most of our meals at their restaurant (I would suggest including breakfast each day). The main pool allowed us to swim, float, and relax while gazing out onto the rice fields. We had multiple walks along a concrete path that lead us to the village where we went to see the temple. I would highly recommend staying here for at least a few nights to get away from the hustle bustle of the city centres. The front desk staff can arrange a taxi for you, if needed, since Grabs can be limited in this area. I will definitely be back!"

"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered with this location. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Please do better. The location was stunning, which is why we chose it. But wow."

"If you are looking for a real Bali experience then this place is for you. Nestled in a quiet village the only noise you will hear are the frogs and crickets. Conveniently located in Bali about an hour taxi to Ubud, easy access to Bedoegoel to explore the amazing waterfalls and beautiful temples. The hotel staff are so welcoming and the food is amazing. The chocolate factory next door is also an amazing place for a quiet tea and some Devine chocolate desserts. I can not recommend this place enough if you are looking to escape the crowds and noise of the city."
