"I loved that it was a nice older hotel that felt like going back in time. The rooms were nice, furnished with antiques with a sternwheeler theme. The location was walking distance from everything. There was a rooftop patio where you could sit & watch the paddlewheelers, barges & other boats go by or watch the moon rise. Very charming!"

"On a motorcycle trip in southeastern Ohio Thursday night and looking for a place to stay near Marietta. Pulled this place up on Expedia and it looked like a winner. This place was very nice, better than I expected, whoever remodeled this place did a fabulous job. Very nice restaurant and bar downstairs, I hope to come back here again. Highly recommended."

"We had best time. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and than some. The host was amazing she left us some eggs and coffee for breakfast. She also left few other things in fridge to get us started. We came in very late at night after 11pm really appreciated the extra thoughtfulness. The air-conditioned was on and nice and cool in there it was very hot day. Bedroom were nicely decorated fresh towels were lying on beds. Bathrooms were clean well stocked with everything you needed and host even had extra items if you forgot anything. Living room had very comfy couch enough seating for the whole family. There was a fire pit outside with chairs and wood we didn't use it but it was there and all set up if we wanted to. There was abundance of wildlife enjoyed seeing all deer and furry friends. We would stay here again. "

"This unique house is in a great area. Within walking to several historic sites, river, and beautiful homes. The house is older but very functional for our needs. Front porch nice to sit. There is traffic noise from the corner but you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our time there. "

Even though there were many homes around it, the positioning of this one on the hill made it feel like we were in a much more secluded area, and we even had a few deer visitors in the backyard in the morning. The house was clean and comfortable with simple yet beautiful decor."

"We love staying right downtown and that's what this apartment was. Convenient parking, comfy bed, nice big shower. We didn't use the kitchen at all. Stairs and a long hallway once you get into the building, but very well lit and safe."

"Searching last minute for a place to stay with the entire family and one that accepts a giant dog is always stressful. Fortunately, I came across the flat on front street and it just so happened to be available, accepting of our dog, and in a perfect location. The entire process was seamless. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, tidy, and close to many unique businesses all within walking distance. The check in and check out processes were thoroughly explained. Communication with the host was top notch! I am so incredibly grateful for the experience and being able to find the perfect place for our stay. We will definitely be back. "
