“The bathroom smells strongly of urine. It may look clean, but it smells like old urine, similar to bathrooms at a music festival. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The hotel is very different from the photos. The staff never answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages sent through booking platforms. The room is very dirty; the floor is covered in dust and dirt, and it’s clear they only mop without soap.”

“Las fotografías no dicen lo que es realmente el hotel. Hotel con habitaciones carentes de la suficiente limpieza . El baño es un desastre , envejecido , desconchado y con falta de una limpieza a fondo como las habitaciones. Además el personal es bastante pasota. Ante cualquier imprevisto se vuelven locos y no dan soluciones. A nosotros nos cobraron 2 veces el desayuno una en la reserva y otra vez en el check out y no fueron capaces de llamar a expedía y comprobarlo y eso que llevábamos impreso...

“Amazing stay”

“When we checked in, the AC was not cooling, the bathroom mirror light was not working. They could not fix either of the two issues. They did not have spare bulb for the light. They tried to work on the AC and could just get it to work with minimum cooling which was not enough for Sri Lankan weather. There wasn't a single soap or other toiletries kept in the room. Had to search for the staff to get some soap bars. We stayed for 5 days and the there was no Housekeeping even for a single day. The...

“Rooms were a little dated. Staff were mostly very helpful. The hotel was virtually empty so not much atmosphere. Nice place to stay close to the airport. Superb massage in the spa. ”

“This was the perfect place for my quick stay after a 3 day tour of Sri Lanka. The location was close to the airport, I had a spacious room with a nice bathroom, balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning and spent some time out at the pool. Great for my purpose at a very low cost.”

Quiet at night after work crew is finished (remodeling underway which is noisy in the day). Excellent value - I needed a 2 night stay before a flight and was a little worried about the low price but I was very happy with my choice! ”
