The location and overall architecture of this hotel is fabulous. Located on the Black Sea, you get that old world feel of Ukrainain culture. From the U.S. Staying in Kiev for business for 5 days. I was unsure about this hotel because of the mixed reviews but I can say this was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were huge, full facilities with a bedroom, full closet, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. I first got there they gave me the wrong room. I payed for a room with a terrace and a sea pool view. They gave me a room with a room whith the balcony facing a hot parking lot with the side window looking at the sea. I complained and told them this is not what I paid for. They told me they could correct the problem the next day. They did get me an awesome room the next day! I could see the pool and the ocean and the Dolphin pool. It was great! I went swimming with the dolphins for 100 bucks....

you stay at this hotel because of the location in center city. I was surprised to find a restaurant up stairs for guests only. It is a small hotel but has a terrific location. No gym. no perks, but a great launching point. The apartment on the second floor is worth the extra money. Do not expect them to give you an upgrade to the apartment, no matter how many times you stay there. They did not reward my loyalty. The place can be booked at a lower price online in the lobby than the rack rate.

From the moment I arrived late at night I felt very welcome. The hotel lobby is very inviting the staff was very friendly, security showed me to my room and the key operation. Fantastic stay even the cafe in the hotel very friendly hot coffee and the best orange juice. All in all I loved this hotel very quiet close to many cafes shopping and sights. Cannot wait to stay at this Gem again. Well worth the money. I highly suggest you give this hotel a try. A Plus in my book.
