"What a beautiful property! We had an hours-long tour with Kathy, the caretaker, who lives in a cottage at the back of the property. There was so much to explore! The kids loved the pool. We played tennis. We walked, and walked, and walked. Quirky, and fun! Kathy and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Beds were comfy, and lots of care taken to keep the place clean and visually interesting. Enjoy! "

"This was an extremely disappointing property. It was rundown, outdated, (unnecessary clutter everywhere), unclean and in poor condition, inside and out. The cleanliness of the kitchen, with musty cupboards, dirty dishcloths, unclean cutlery and filthy fridge and BBQ was a disgrace. The precarious shower over the bath was an extreme safety issue and should be addressed with at least one safety rail. "We had a good time exploring the local area and Limestone coast and visited Victoria, it made for a good base. Dogs were happy in the home and small garden area. Some of the listed appliances didn’t quite work as expected but the owner said he would look into getting them working again, ie dishwasher and air conditioner in lounge. Comfortable beds and kitchen cupboard well stocked with seasonings and the complementary offerings were a nice surprise."
