"standard hotel, we have problem with the hot water...the water is very very hot and the maintenance couldn't fix the problem so they gave us another adjacent room just to take shower and go back to our room after finishing shower...very uncomfortable..we stay at executive suite room"

" Had a wonderful stay at Grand Whiz Mega Mas Manado. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located right next to the shopping center. The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with authentic Indonesian flavors (not westernized like most hotels) — really delicious! Also, it’s close to many great food spots in Manado center. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again! "

"Likes: the top floor dining area Dislikes: the staff, the service, the room was so poorly lay out the bed so close to the wall where the TV set up hence there is no room to move which ended up with my husband got hurt and bruised for days. The staff was no help either and the breakfast was so basic and they even charged for a cup of hot water. There is no cup or even a kettle to make coffee and they also charged the milk for coffee we ordered. I want to borrow a plate and a spoon to eat our...
