"Was very thankful for the hotel clerk. Got us in right away. Had two of the guys help carry our luggage up the stairs being there was no elevator. Hotel clerk was able to get some change from American money so I could give a tip for the guys. Helpful in letting us know about breakfast. Wonderful room and stay with them. Food and shops right across the street within walking distance."

"A large hotel with great views looking across to the spray from the Falls and river. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the golf course and property where we could watch monkeys, baboons, mongoose, impala, crocodile and birds. The property is looking a little tired in places and a few things missing, like bathrobes and tissues, which we did expect at the price."

"Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful. They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing. Wi-Fi was very good and water pressure in showers was very good."
