"Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places. I was charged by Expedia for an extra person. The activities needed to be paid separately ($25 per adult and half for children)....

"Guest services, restaurant staff, housekeeping and all staff we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. Professional, polite, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be back in Zimbabwe after over a decade and to be reminded of what it feels like to be home. Shout out to the Chefs, the food was exceptional both in the main restaurant and at the spa. If Boma id part of the same chain, the entertainment and food were on the same level - absolutely too notch! Would highly recommend a stay here and I would gladly come back for more. Shout out to Louise, Ronald, Gibson, Owen, Khumbula (hotel), then Pretty, Precious, Kelly, Nokthula (Spa), and finally Busi and a very smiley other lady who came looking for me when I left abruptly (Boma)."
